It involves encoding, transmitting, and decoding intended messages” This encoding, transmitting and decoding works differently for everyone! Once you better understand and learn to play with the way you perceive and communicate with others, the more successful outcomes you can achieve in all areas of life.
Purpose: To provide participants with the tools and techniques for building rapport and inspiring powerful communication. This module looks into body language and our primary physical ‘indicators’. It explores communication and a neuro-scientific framework for various communication and learning styles.
Learning objectives: By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
